DRLs and Blackouts
 
I think im going to put my stock amber corner lense back in and get some covers, but im worried about the DRLs.

anyone have any pics of a y- or f-body with DRLs and blackouts?

Daytime Running Lights

i saw some pics derek has, and i might actually delete the DRLs. i've read that for 98+ all you do is unplug the module behind the radio. anyone know if 97 is the same?

not quite that simple.. you do that your gonan disable your automatic headlights.. and mess with the in dash light for your emergency brake too.. lots of online tutorials.. read up

well i dont have auto headlamps, but i found it. just solder terminal B to A on the blue harness.

i dont think any firebirds or trans ams have auto headlamps

Yea im glad they don't, that would piss me off if they would be flopping up and down on thier own.

ah.. wasnt paying attention to the fact that he had a bird sorry.. but it still wouldnt be a good idea just to unplug the harness.. hes got the right idea with soldering it together
