Well, you're going to have an easier time with gauges than I did. The 93-97 bodystyle does not offer a pillar-pod, only a bolt on pillar, which is what I used. I have an aftermarket tach with shift light also. But you mentioned that is not what you want to do. I'll have to find a link to it later today, but I know there is a very clean looking tach gauge system that fits on your dash (it is very expensive) and hooks into your sensors on your car, and the gauges can display many functions.

If you want pics of my interior just check my cardomain in my sig.

97s DO have a pillar pod:

You could also mount guages just about anywhere you want to fab them. Ive seen some near the rearview, which looks kinda dumb, but you can build them into the center console.

Erm, sorry. Only the 97's I guess. That pod wont work on my 96.

For what it is worth everyone, any "A" pilliar pod will work, any year. The difference is the 97 and up have the vent in the lower part. If you can find a passenger side A pilliar with a vent, they will match and fit in any 93-2002 F body. I had A pilliar covers from a 2002 T/A in mine for awhile.
