B&G has been in the business for longer, so most likely yes it's better, but why don't you research the specs of both kits and compare them and come up with your own conclusion?

5pecial_ed 08-15-2006 06:48 PM

i hhave...the specs seem to be the same

I say B&G for the obvious reasons stated above...plus there were many complaints on Honda-tech about Omnis...

thanks for the input guys..and what if i just wanna go with lowering springs..waht shoudl you recommend..i dont' wanan go more than an inch..preferably 1.8

BrowNKiD 08-22-2006 12:23 PM

if ur goin wit the omni make sure you get the new style omni not the old ones... i have a friend wit omni's the ride is really stiff... some mite no like it but it means no bottoming out

5pecial_ed 08-22-2006 12:58 PM

what if i wanna go with springs...what shoudl i go for?

soso 08-22-2006 03:42 PM

sorry if this sounds rude, but we can't tell you how to do up your car. Everyone's taste is different, and you may not be happy if I tell you to go with a certain spring and shock combo. Best thing to do is find user reviews on the internet for different springs and shocks. Try searching google, or the local car forum for your type of car, I'm assuming it's a honda of some sort, so try finding reviews on honda-tech, torontocivics/integras/accords, or whatever it is you own. Again sorry if this sounded rude, I don't mean to be, but the best way for you to learn about what goes on your car is to do direct research yourself instead of asking us what we think is best.

well...the reason why i'm asking on these forums...is because i do'nt wanna go wrong with what i do...so i just wanan go with what most ppl go with...just to be on the safe side...cause i'm not that familiar with this stuff. so i was hoping someone with the same car as mine..tell me whats on their car..and how they like it..or if they do't like it..and if they dont'..they can tell me...and i wnot' go wtih it.

been riding on omini's - street springs with the red bushings in the suspension arms- on 16's on my DA, the ride is fine , actually people say its real smooth, ominis are best bang for buck.

i agree with soso... check reviews on here or on honfa-tech and make your decision based on that.... if you want to be able to adjust your height EVER then go with adjutable coilovers, or sleaves..... if its permanant go with the springs... personally from experience dont buy used... and if you want my opinion... the more money you spend the better produst your going to end up with, now this isnt always true.. but stick to well known names... im running tein ss's with damipin control in my honda and i love them...... another good set up to check out is the tom motorsports... heard good things about them.... good luck
