Just curious. Do you have to remove the nose to put new corners in? Whats the procedure? Thanks. :)

Not sure about older style Camaros, but just remove the headlight and remove two bolts and they just come right out.

You get at them from the bottom... Theres 3 screws holding them in.

Amurican_Muscle 04-17-2006 08:50 PM

Do you have to take the bottom under-body piece out? Or can you just get to the screws?

There should be things that look like flaps on each side.. you unscrew 2 nails, and they flip down.

97+ this is true. 93-96 the whole thing needs to come out. We dont have that spiffy trap door.

On my car i have a trap door...mine is a 95...i have two of those plastic holders where you have to pull the center out and then pull the holder out...but my car before i owned it also has been in an accident with a gaurdrail so the previous owner might have received a different front clip...idk...but mine was only held in by two screws...

i like the way clear corners look on green camaros/firebirds, good job and good luck with the bulbs.

Green F-bodies > ALL!!!

you don't have to take the whole nose off, you may have to remove all the plastic shielding on the bottom, but not the whole nose.

Cool, thanks for the info guys.
