Shaved Turn Signals!!

12 Attachment(s)
I haven't been posting in a while but here are some new pics. I just shaved the front turn signals and back bumper lights and got the car repainted. It had a couple of flaws in it from being painted 4 yrs ago. But now it's back looking flawless.

wow that looks pretty sick without running lights...that is the most customized camaro ive ever seen.

DCCamaro22 07-30-2007 05:17 PM

Thanks, the only lights left now are the headlights and taillights.

hey, how did you get that Hotchkis bar to fit on your car, wasnt it only for a v8, the straight one was for a 6...not sure how you were able to get that to fit.

Naw, the fogs have been removed also. But shaving those holes would have made the front end look horrible. The foglight holes go good with the body kit.

Mike Jones 07-31-2007 04:03 PM

Wow, as far as I know that has never been done before on an FBody.

I'd hate to see how much money you've spent on the car over the years though.

Looks like some good custom work... I cant decide if I like it or not.

Sorry, she's all mine! :nana: She's the one that drives the camaro with the fluffy interior, I'm sure some of you are familiar with it.

There's alot more pictures of her there, if anybody wants to check them out.

I think it looks pretty sweet having the front turn signals shaved....but doesn't that make it illegal to drive on the streets? Obviously this isn't your daily driver, but I was just curious.

Putting some kind of signal lights in the headlights like the C6 could be interesting....

DCCamaro22 08-01-2007 05:15 PM

Yea, I try to never drive it on the street. I did have to drive it recently, I had to drive it 2 hrs to a show, because my transmission went out on my rollback that I pull it with. It was pretty fun though, it was the 1st time it was on the street since the motor was done. I was scared as crap though. I never drive it so the car has no registration, no inspection sticker, and the license plate has been triple chrome plated. I just knew I was going to get pulled but I had to do it. lol. I did mess up my brake rotors cause they were triple chrome plated also, but they got hot and started chipping, so I gotta get them redone.

FamousZ 08-01-2007 05:17 PM

Would you be willing to sell me the harnesses for the foglights? Mine have been cut off because my car has been wrecked before and I really need some.. :D

DCCamaro22 08-01-2007 06:52 PM

I would, but those have been removed for probably 4 yrs or more, I have no clue what happened to them. Sorry

FredoCamaro 08-03-2007 03:03 AM

Very nice!
