Yeah, unfortunately there isn't any other tutorials that I can find, Chad's is the only one I know of. I've got the door panels ready to go in but I realized the power mirror switch plug is entirely different on the Firebird (8 pins straight across) compared to the Firebird (4 pins on top, 4 pins on bottom).

Would you be able to splice the wires into the plug, cut the ones on your Camaro panels and splice those onto the Trans Am panels

Why don't you just get a pair of firebird connectors and re-pin the connector to match the firebird layout ? If you have the GM service book for a 94-97 firebird it should have all the available date to trace this out.
