does it come with rotors and calipers

Its an upgraded Rotor(think 11.9"-12"), and come with a bracket to relocate the stock caliper, works great :thumbsup:

whats the min rim size need for those rotor

all big brake kits need aleast 17inch

Certain 16"s will fit as well
