this is black strut bar with billets and not like the crappy tube strut bars, Comes with all necessary mounting hardware.

Winter Tires are Hercules 195/70/14 85%tread
-Tires are amazing and have never slipped on me this winter, paid $350 for them.
Only willin to trade for all seasons plus $140. Your tires must have at least 50% tread left and be 14" tires as well.
