You may have to search cycle salvage yards.Here is one to try:"Bills cycle salvage"located in White City,Oregon.The "foreward controls" your needing may only be found as a "universal" fit option.Check JC Whitney motorcycle catalog.Some may laugh,but its probably your best bet.Good luck.
