FS: OBD-1 B18b, NEW BEARINGS/RINGS installed...mount threads need repair
 

Hey guys, I'm selling my old b18b that was in my coupe.
The engine I bought off Spiderman on here last summer, rebuilt it and installed it into my car.

I had the engine pulled appart, we cleaned it, installed new:

-ACL Rod bearings STD size
-Hastings Piston rings - 81mm std bore size
-New head gasket installed

All bearings met proper clearance specs, and rings were within the gap limit.

-I did a light hone on the cylinder walls just prior to installing the pistons and rings.

Engine had roughly 210XXXkm when I bought it
-I did the rebuild on it myself and drove the car for 13,XXXkm before I stopped driving in early october.

Engine was in my car from mid/later july - early october


---ONLY issue with the engine is, the previous owner had stripped the mount bolt holes/threads in the block and when I got the engine, we sized up proper bolts and installed the engine into the car.

The mount is still there, but to fix this issue, the mount holes/threads need to be welded in, and re-tapped IMO


Engine runs mint, it did a 15.0020 @ st.thomas sparta drag strip in my teal coupe.

-Intake manifold w/ throttle body
-Engine
-driver side mount.


Pulled awesome and is an amazing engine.
