if you get those fixed and send the bill to the city with a note of a random pothole you hit (name the street) they will send you the money it will take a while but works

I've had two 19's damaged in the past and one was covered, but the other one wasn't...it was a huge pain in the ass...the one that was covered was actually paid by a construction company...
