Red Instrument Lights

Anyone with a 93-96 Camaro wanna change your dash lighting to red?

I thought I wanted to until my new gauges lit up blue...so now i dont need these.

I've got 7 red 194 LED bulbs from eBay and 4 red LEDs with resistors from Oznium. The 7 194 bulbs are for the gauge cluster and the 4 LEDs are for the HVAC/Light controls: 2 for the HVAC and 1 for the Light controls, then another for the logo on the fog light switch. Now be warned, for the HVAC/Light controls you have to take the stock bulb out and cut those wires to use these LEDs...tricky but do-able. however there is good news---i just saved a buncha money on my car insur---just kidding---the gauge cluster bulbs are a direct replacement.

Anyway all together these bulbs were around $30 shipped so make me an offer.

* by the way...the longer part of the LED is the positive, lol, thanks brian ;)

WARNING::: i have done this mod.. with blue and white leds both.. 2 different sets..

the gauge bulbs will work great and is a simple install..
even the hvac and light controls aernt that bad if you got some sauldering skills..

but beware if you try to do the fog light switch.. i got mine done.. but that thing has tons and tons of little pieces and springs inside of it.. it is a *****... you will more than likely never get it back together right and the switch will not work.. which is the case with mine..

so be warned

these bulbs will work on any camaro 93 and up

also be aware that on the 97 and up models i know that all of our gauges and panels have a blue transparent film in them.. so even with red leds your gauges and panels may show up slightly purplish due to the blue film.. its not bad tho..
