I have for sale a set of 4 aftermarket/no name (not that i have heard before) rims WITH tires. They were originally on an 1.6EL that i sold so it will fit ALL 4x100 civics/EL's. They are not in the BEST of condition but still CHEAP for white 16inch rims.

Condition i would rate them at 7.5/10 and with alil cleaning and elbow grease i would give it a 8.5/10.

Tires will last you about 1 more season and are 205/40/R16.
