i have a 1988 volvo 760 turbo for sale...car runs and start no prob...has minimal rust...leather interior in decent shape and all power options work...need a lil work for emissions (prob a new cat)...will sell for $500 obo or trade for a set of winter rims and tires for a civic and some cash

what is the emission test rule? 20 years? or 25 years?

Once the car is 20 years old their is no more emission test because its considered a classic
