aww man i would cry if i had to sell that car! im planning on getting a vr6 how is it? would you recoment getting oine

VWJettaMK2 02-08-2008 06:09 PM

VR6's are one of the hardest motors to break..I'd take a VR6 over any other motor any day(Except a TDI..I love diesels)

JDM_tuning 02-08-2008 07:59 PM

thats good to know ^^ what about reliability?? can they run for like 400 thou. like hondas?

VWJettaMK2 02-08-2008 08:42 PM

My buddy had 320xxxKM on his...His timing chain skipped 3 teeth and kept running..Its all about maintainance. The better you do it, the longer it lasts

smith_ 02-08-2008 10:03 PM

I wish I had the money to pick that one up, what a nice looking car.

mks09 02-09-2008 02:17 PM

Thanks for the compliments. And to answer your questions yes the motor is a reliable motor if you keep up with the maintainence. This is my third VR6 and Id say one of the better motors out there. Pm me if you have more questions.

fousse69 02-09-2008 02:46 PM
