no there street legal as long as u don't drive on the main road. If u drive it on the sidewalk or in ur own streets like ur neighbourhood. Then ur fyne. I drove it once n a cop drove by he didn't do nething. SO its safe...

thats such a lie, they are not street legal. you have to register all mopeds, and this doesnt qualify under the act

No yo. I rode it last year n a cop saw me.. I dunno if they changed it recently... but yea.. Im styll assuming its legal.. lool..as long as u wear a helmet.. n mopeds u register becuz u drive it on the road.. ryte

there not street legal u can use them on a private property or sanction pocket bike racing also it depends on ur location if u live near greater GTA area police is very strick on this bikes due to many serious accident that happened a heavy fine for operating non regestired vehicle keep that in mine thats one of the reason i never used my pocketbikes anymore instead i bought myself a street legal pocket bike just to upset local cops in my area

does it have to have all the turning signals and all that and i guess u need licence for it

there not really considered pocketbike its actually street legal mini sport bike Yamaha YSR 50/80 yeah u do need a motorcycle lincense to operate it.

THESE ARE NOT LEGAL AT ALL!!!! anyone who wants to argue them being street legal in ontario is a dumbass!!! ive been running from cops with mine for 3 years and they are yet to catch me on it but the neighbours told them it was me and they say as soon as they see me on it i get it taken away and ticketts for: no plates, no signals and lights, no helmit, no regestration, no insurance.. cop said around $900 ish
but what you do on private property is your own business. so if you have a big property or go into a empty parkinglot you should be ok but not 100% with the parkinglot.
everytime anyone rides a minibike in my neighborhood cops come to my house and wait there for a bit to try to catch us.

cant the cops find u by the loud ass exaust even if u manage to out run them on the tight little streets ?

yes but they cant do anything if i grab the bike and put it in the garage before they pull up to my house.. i always hide it by they time they show up.. once i got in a drunk argument with the cop and yelled at him for accusing me of riding it after i had already been told not to.
he asked me if i had a bike and i said
"you know i have a bike, i no its in your computer that i have the bike,stop accusing me of riding it, i only start it in mississauga on private property now so leave me alone, i saw some girls riding some chopper style ones go look for them" lol he left..also helped that the cops bosses daughter was sittin next to me and her dads car was infront of my house lol
those bikes are fun to ride wasted , just watch out at night for ropes blocking enterences to school parkinglots, my buddy took 1 at full speed and flipped over it, cracked the bikes fairing and has a scar on both shins from his ankle up his shin from the rope... ill try to find a pic.. my bike hit about 60km/hr
