FS: 1990 Honda Civic HB with JDM ZC

Selling my 1990 Honda Civic HB, gray on black, body about 220K (DX model), good body, minimal surface rust, no rust on rear quarters, no rust on underbody and frame, undercoated yearly. Jdm SOHC ZC engine about 80K, and Si transmission which has short gear ratio. Tein lowering springs just put on last summer. Full Si interior including front and rear seats which in excellent condition, no worn out or rip, Si Cluster and rare audio lower console with late model factory CD player, JDM integra leather steering wheel in mint condition(not shown in pics). CRX door panels also in good condition. Car has many upgrade, too much to list here, but welcome to come and check out in person. Wheels shown in the pics are not included, and instead will be steel wheel with OEM hubcaps and good tires. I am looking for $1500 including e-tested, as is. I lower the price to $1200 since I put back some stock parts (steering wheel, remove cd player and lower console, and CRX door panels since my friends want them) but the car still has si cluster, si seats front and rear, si front lip, door window visors, and the tein lowering springs. And some new parts on last summer included front lower ball joints, front c.v shafts, radiator, and tune up stuffs like spark plugs and air filter. I may miss some stuffs, but that's about it. And just remind you that the car has rust, I don't understand why people will expect a 17 years old car is rust free, but just tell you the car has rust (lower doors and beside gas door lid), but no usual rear quarter rust, and no rust on front fenders.
