FS: 1996 Sunfire GT

This is my friends car that I'm selling for him. It's a 1996 Sunfire GT, 5-speed. It has about 296,000kms on it and it very well used. It needs new struts, strut mounts/bearings, and wheel bearings... tires... rear main seal... etc. It needs a lot of new stuff. The interior is pretty dirty and the drivers seat has a tear in it. The car has brand new shift cables, which cost something like $200. The engine runs well and the car still pulls hard, but it was parked a month or two ago when oil started pouring out the bottom of the engine. It could be a rear main seal, because it was leaking when we changed the clutch last year. We didn't replace the seal because it was 1:30am and we were at my buddies shop and couldn't get a seal, obviously, so we just took a chance with it and left it as it. It could be something else though, I was looking at the engine yesterday and I noticed the top of the transmission was soaked with oil, so it may be coming from somewhere above that. It would make a good beater or a project car if you really really want... The body is in decent condition, but there is some rust forming on the drivers side door, and there is a nice dent in the rear drivers side 1/4 panel.

Here's some pics:
