FS: 1998 Integra RS Special Edition

I'm inheriting a new winter beater so I want to see if anyone would be interested in buying my current beater/project car.

YEAR: 1998
MAKE: Acura
MODEL: Integra
TRIM: RS Special Edition
KMS: 178,XXX
TRANS: 5 Speed Manual
COLOUR: Milano Red

FEATURES: Power Windows, Air Conditioning, Power Hatch Lock, Power Steering, Tilt Steering, Power Mirrors, Spoiler, 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, DOHC 1.8 L (B18B)

MODIFICATIONS: GS Leather Interior (Front, Rear, and Arm Rest), JDM ITR Shift Boot, JDM ITR Door Panels, OEM USDM ITR Front Lip, Ignited 6000K HID Conversion Kit, OEM Raybrig Fog Lights (with Yellow Bulbs), 15" Wedssport TC005 (replica) Rims with 195/55/15 Pirelli Winter Tires (70% Tread Remaining), H&R Cup Kit Suspension (Specifically matched set of Koni Yellow Adjustables with H&R Sport Springs), BLOX Rear Lower Control Arms (Gold).

I bought this car back in November from the original owner and have babied it ever since. As soon as I bought it, I completely ripped the interior apart and cleaned the panels with a toothbrush! I also replaced certain worn/marked interior pieces and panels with ones in better condition (shift console, power window switches, ash tray... yes, I'm when it comes to my interiors). To certify, the car needed rear LCA bushings so I bought the BLOX arms instead of stock. I also had both front lower ball joints replaced, everything else checked out great. At the beginning of December, I did a major servicing which included replacing the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, accessory belts, valve cover gasket, distributor cap & rotor, and spark plug wires.

I've put alot of money into this car already, I was planning on using it as a daily driver for the rest of 2008, but my brother just offered me his Civic and that's all I really need for a beater.

The car won't need anything to certify since it was all done just recently. All of the preventative maintenance was done so that's the last thing you would need to worry about. The body has a few rust spots (roof at the windshield and the rear 1/4 panels), but overall the car looks great. Interior condition is near perfect, it could use a quick carpet shampoo if you're super picky. I was planning on doing that in the spring once all the grime's off the road. The antenna mast also broke off the other day.

I'm looking to get $7000 OBO for the car with all the mods on it already. You will also get the stock LCA's, shocks & springs. If you didn't want some of the mods, the value of the parts will be deducted from the final price. ie. Cloth instead of Leather (-$200), stock suspension and no H&R Cup Kit (-$300), Stock 14" Steelies w/ all seasons instead of 15" rims w/ winter tires (-$300), No HIDs (-$150), everything is negotiable.

This is a great opportunity to get a car that's perfectly drivable right off the bat, I went through all the headaches involved in buying a used car.
