Four options:

Plain - car with no Momo wheel, no stereo, Passat alloys. No e-test or cert. (will pass both as it sits - just don't want the hassle of getting it done) $5000 obo.

All-Dressed - car with 3 steering wheels (Momo, stock, leather Trophy wheel), full stereo, both sets of alloys, e-tested and certified.$5500 obo.

Trade Me - looking for a 4 cylinder 5spd. vehicle of some sort. Mk3 Jetta or Golf,n Mk1 Cabriolet, Mk2 Scirocco, New Beetle, etc... willing to trade up or down.

As for the bumpers - it's a matter of style, big bumpers are played out in my opinion (conformity sucks), I like the look of the smalls, and those who truly want speed will sacrifice a little bit of style to get it...
