It says AS-IS.. if you want it cert and etested it will be 6000.

I am pretty serious about the car...

well the asking price is 7,000$ now take it or leave it.. i dont really care if it sells or not now.

it does have some rims and a few other features added to it but to lazy to update first post.

ITR 4x114.3 rims, amber clock, cf climate control and center console for the teg dash etc.

lol I can buy an ek for 7000 thanks....think about it, bud all I care about is an h22 in a civic not some extra like 4x114.3 its not even five bolt, or especially teg dash.....if u think u can sell it for more just by adding lil thing to it than u are wrong u'll make more money parting it out, uv been selling it for a year>>> and DID IT EVER HAVE SAFETY OR ETEST...DID ACTUALLY DRIVE IT ON THE ROAD??for 3rd time please
