Selling the car as is. or can be sold etested and safetied for extra. Here some info of the car.

Its 5 speed, Model of the car is LX. Got A/C, key less entry (power door locks). H22 swap has around 120xxx kms. Has been rust proofed every year. Car has been stored every winter since 04 but started to drive it this winter season. Always used Castrol Syntec. Timing belt, water pump been replaced with the swap in the year 06. Distributor, spark plug wires, starter and fuel pump replaced around the year of 07. Maintenance done this winter 09 are new ebc greenstuff brake pads, NGK platinum spark plugs, fuel filter, valve adjustment, transmission fluid changed with honda advance manual transmission fluid, and cleaned the air filter, throttle body, aicv and replaced ignition coil and replaced rear passenger side trailing arm.... I think that is all i can remember right now. Car doesn't have any issues, doesn't burn oil, pulls/runs better with the tuned P28 ecu and has been maintained properly. Rarely hit vtec since i have a baby with me usually. Can't afford to have 2 cars right now so this one has to go.
