Ok here is the deal.. Once you replace a dash or a cluster it must be done by a shop , now once a shop replaced the cluster (dash) they will note the original km on the recipt and the current km.. Then the person that got the dash replaced must notify the ministry and provide them with the reipt stating the correct milage. This has all been done im assuming by the person that put the dash in. Wheni baugh the car i registerd it under the milage stated on the cluster.. I had no problems registering it. All the vin numbers match.. now as for the milage showing 219 623km it is adjusted by the ministry from the current cluster once more km are put on the 219 623 will go up.. And if you were intrested in purchasing the civic you would have came and talked to me in person. And there are no things wrong with the car from leines , accidents stolen egine parts. If you feel that there are problems like thiw with the car dont bother buying it. I dont have a problem keeping the car.

Now why would you ask me if i was Iranian decent? What does that have to do with anything? And no i am not. As for location for st catharines all i can say is map quest it, it will give you all the directions to get to st catharines and i only meet at night in very dark dark alleys, and only accept cash. LoL ..
