**** Birds

its BS I tell ya a stupid bird figured right in the center of my ghost flames would be a good spot to Drop a load and while I was in class for 4 hours it sat in the sun and dried. as soon as I got out of class walked to my car and saw what happend I drove strait home to wash it off after the wash it looked fine when the car was wet but when i was carefully dryin it with a sham you could see the exact spot it was and i dont know what to do is there a way to clean it off deep down and not hurt my flammes cuz if there is let me in on some tip or tricks. :banghead:

i used to park under a tree and the **** would leave a "shadow" behind for a few washes. it might come out after a few more washes but you might wanna try some wax maybe?

94customcamaro 12-03-2004 09:49 AM

Yeah when i park at my parents house I always get a couple of birds and have to wash it off. It usually leaves a spot till i really scrub it or wash it again. But my paint isn't as nice as yours so I don't worry about it as much

And let's just say I don't go to my parents that much cause of the **** birds.

Honestly, I would use Meguires #9 Swirl Remover on it. It's not that abrasive and it will take it off easily.

94customcamaro 12-03-2004 09:26 PM

Yeah i've used meguire's and I really liked it.

NoRiceInside 12-03-2004 10:05 PM

yeah this is ironic. this thread jinxed me. i normally park in a certain spot outside the auto shop but today i was late so i parked closer to my first class. the one time i park in a different spot i get shat on. i went to my car at lunch and saw this nasty one that was still wet just chillin on my drivers front fender. nasty. also my rear left center cap came off my wheel today too. what luck.
