I'm looking to buy a 93-97 V6 Camaro. I was just woundering, how much faster is the 3.8L over the 3.4L?
Thanks in advance

3.4L = 160hp
3.8L = 200hp

The 3.8L is better in everyway over the 3.4L.

i think the 3.8 runs mid 15's where the 3.4 runs mid 16's stock. i also think that the 3.8 responds better to mods.............i have not had any problems what-so-ever with my 3.4 yet and i run it pretty hard.

3.8 is considered by engineers the best engine design out of GM ever (it is one of the most relaible also)
