automatic transmission shift knob in my 96 camaro
 

can anyone tell me how to remove the shift knob off my gear shift i have a new one for it and dont know how to get the stock one off

There is a clip in front of the handle you need to pull out.

Flat Head Screw Driver works great!, When I put mine back on, I left the Clip hanging out just enough where i dont need to **** around getting it out..

its easy to get off jsut a little clip to pull out...what kind of shift knob did you get?

pull the pin!
