Broken Rim

Alright, I got a lil to excited after getting my car runnin fine and drifted to hard at a simple take off turnin left and hit a curb at 20 mph thus breakin the cheap (chunti, if you speak spanglish) 20 inch front right rim:banghead: . Luckily I was able to throw on my 87 Trans Am set but while test drivin it after about 20 mph it slowly made a knockin noise but stopped when turnin left. It also increases the faster I go, could the hub be bad? And if so shouldn't it knock as soon as the tire initially rotates not after 20 mph?

Minus the brakes, but its either a suspension part, or part of the axle. You may have even torn up the wheel bearing.

I will yank off the hub assembly tomorrow and give it a visual check, dont really want to invest in a new one if it's not necessary. Also, could a bad tie-rod end be the problem? Well heres the link for pics...msnusers.com/camaroSS
