divorce sucks for my camaro
 

well everyone I got cheated on by my wife and the lovely state of georgia says even though i owned my 1995 z28 2 years before we were married that she gets it no matter what. I am shocked to think that she could be entiled to that but F$%^ I put a lot of work and money into that car before I ever met her and she gets it. she is afraid to drive it. I Have tried to let her drive it but it is to much for her. My family up north in New York has found a 2002 z28 for me and are buying it because they know my love for the car but it wont be the same. I loved that car and I think that is horse SH#@. Plus I have had an LT1 for so long I do not have a clue about the LS1. If someone could help me that would be great. This 2002 has 5300 original miles on it but I dont think a camaro should ever sit. I would love some support here. :flamethro

ouch bro, sry to hear that , yeah.. my dad put the camaro in my moms name (with her permission of course, so while he's getting a divorce w/ my step mom, she cant make him sell it ... although, i wouldnt mind a t/a , or newer model camaro.. lol

damn that sucks man.. that just doesnt make any sense to me that your wife, who cheated on YOU, gets to keep your **** because of her fault? remind me not to ever move to georgia.

I say you pack your **** up, hit the road, and hide in canada.

Your taking this better then I would have. Honestly I would sabotage the car so it breaks soon after she gets it.

GA law is set up so the wife always has the benifit of teh doubt (my marriage license is from GA)

I am glad that I will NOT be getting married in Georgia then. Talk about getting screwed twice. No way I would take that lightly at all.

I say take everything you can off that Z28, take out the LT1, and just f*ck it up so SHE can't have it (or sell it).

and then go to jail. It's a very common law in the US, most people never notice it though. Men are screwed when it comes to divorce in the US

I say Divorce Court. That is really messed up. Get a lawyer and im sure you can figure something out.

Worse comes to worse at least you will have that new 2002 LS1. Sorry to hear about your LT1 though :(
