drill question

just got my CAI for the T/A just i need a drill to put it in and i don't have one but how much power does the drill need to get through the metal mounting points? will a battery powered drill work??

i got the morosso CAI where the filter mounting piece has to be drilled to the plate underneath the factory filter location.

Dont drill it, the filter will fit in that hole on the driver side, i ****** around with that for an hr n then i realized u dont have to drill anything. just up the CAI on without that stupid plate... if u do decide u want that on there n u mess up u can have mine

my 9.6 makita will drill through pretty much anything on your car (give me an hour and I can drill the frame on my truck with it)
