Exhaust Leak
 

there's a small leak in one of my welds after the muffler. its not bad, but does anyone have an idea of what its going to cost to fix this at an exhaust shop?

my dad had one on his truck and he took it to the shop and on the side the guy told him to give him 30 bucks to weld it up and not have to go through a whole process you know.if you know how to weld or someone that can weld, thats prolly best.

**** 30 bucks? my dad said JB weld...but thats a substitute, i'd wanna do it right.

if you are gonna get a new exhaust, why not just do the substitute?

well i'm lazy and have money :D so i do it the easy way. lol. maybe i can bust out my duct tape again!

I'd just do it the cheap way and put my $$$ to a better use. :p :D

he also had the lovely habit of working on cars with lots of flammable stuff while smoking a cigarette...hence, the reason i said that. :D

well tomorrow ima be under the rear changing the axle, so i'll see exactly how bad it is. my friend has a mig welder, so if its small i'll go over there and make him weld it for me.
