Exhaust Tips
Help me choose exhaust tips for my side exhaust project. I was going to wait until spring to do it but I'm getting anzy(sp) so I'm going to do it now instead.
Here's the tips I really want but these are the cheapest one's I can find and I just can't justify spending close to $200 after shipping on just tips. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1970-...temZ8004438100 Of course the ones I've always had been thinking of are these. For the most part they're the same as the stock tips but they are a little longer and of course are polished. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Stain...QQcmdZViewItem |

i'd say second ones...but it would look hella better if they were shaped like this...
|
2nd ones.

Honestly Chad, I think either will look good. I do like the second ones a little more.

Thanks guys, I didn't think you'd like the cheaper ones better but I can live with that ;).

Money doesn't always equal better. 24 inch spinners are proof of that.

I still think something like this would look cool
http://www.cnauto.com/Autoparts/ETT/9-2.jpg Maybe a little bigger outlet or somthing, but just one opening would look cool. I forgot what you said... are you using a side skirt or not? I think you said you decided not to get them? |
