Just got back from having the tranny looked at. Took the guy one trip around the block to tell me the thing is compleatly shot and needs rebuilt. Well i knew that. Quoted me $1700.00+ -sighs-

It's my day off, i might take it somewhere else for a second opionion.

that's not too bad for a good rebuild (it is about the same price as a rebuilt trans with no labor)

trans aint gonna fix it self, go get some more quotes:) good luck.

Epic's paint was done by Macco.... I'm happy with how that turned out.

You could always save a couple hundred and pull the trans yourself. Its really not that hard Grant, I know the opti operation didn't turn out so good, but its not like you can put the tranny in backwards..that stuff only goes one way!!

Yes. It was a $4000.00 Macco job, but Macco nonetheless.
