Fuel Gauge

My fuel gauge keeps going up slowly. I tried reseting the needle, but it still continues to go back up. Anyone know what could be causing this problem? Thanks.

Either A.) Bad Fuel Pump Sending Unit, or B.) Bad Cluster (Gas gauge). But im guessing its A as Arch said.
