Gas Locks
I've tried looking through the threads and haven't had any luck with finding information about installing a gas door that locks such as one I came accross on ebay but is not for a Camaro. I do know that there are locking gas caps but I was starting to think of maybe just getting a locking door instead. The reason I'm asking about this is that family members of mine have had gas siphoned from there cars and now I'm considering getting a lock for the Camaro. I just thought I would see if anyone has modifed the gas door on their car and if the product was built solid.

My dad's Z has one that's factory as far as I know... I never looked for locking caps or doors on the internet so I'm not sure.

Not sure man, never seen one on a camaro. I have a locking gas cap on my car though.

I just have the locking gas cap, I got it at Kmart..if you cant find the locking door just get the locking gas cap.. although my key works on my sisters gas cap, and you can easily open them with a screw driver they are better than nothing.

Yea I lost the key to mine once and the screw driver worked like a charm, kinda sad though. Still might be dumbass proof though.

so happy my gas door is released form inside the car so no need for a locking gas cap.
