H.O. Options?

Can anybody tell me what the H.O. options are?
A co-worker is looking at a 98 T.A. and the guy says its an H.O. but he doesnt know what makes it one.
Is this something like the SLP Package?

I'm guessing its just an appearance package, since the only thing i've ever found thats H.O. is the Ram Air H.O. hood, which is what I have, other than that I don't know.

h.o. was ram air hood only (I am 90% positive)

My co-worker said it didnt have the ram air hood.
I told him he should ask the seller what he thought the HO package was.
Maybe hes trying to sell him something thats not...

could be the guy is a tool and thinks the formula is ho.Really gm's h.o. option has never been the top performance option (usually gained little or nothing, it was marketing)
