header install
well heres how it went. for my graduation pres my parent bout me headers, they are pacesetter long tubes ceramic coated. it took me and my dad over 6 hours to instal them completely, when we started the car with the headers uncorged it sounds like a monster truck, than we finished by pounding my slp loudmouth into the y pipe, started it again and it sounded like 1 big exhaust leak. so 3 days later i went down to the local muffler shop and they welded the holes and mouted the back exhaust tip.. money well spent now my car sounds like a BEAST!!! 1 of the loudest in my town, puts this ls1 with header and strait pipe to shame. whats the next mod i should go for??? i have cai full custom exahust and well thats about it....????

cool. ill bet it sounds really nice. i would start with some basic bolt on things. depends how much money you got and how far you really wanna go. did you do all the free mods; TB bypass, IAT reloc. etc.? you could do some rear end gears, shifter is always nice if its a 6 speed. lower it a little if you want. really depends on if you want the car to look cool, or beat the hell out of everyone with raw power. you could always do heads and cam if your big time serious. or nitrous for a little power when you want it. theres really not a whole ton of bolt on mods you can do to the motor before you really start digging into it. what is your ultimate goal with the car?
Good to know but I still prefer the sound of my open headers. I've heard Josh's and he has hooker longtubes with an ORY and a loudmouth.
But you're right it's loud and raw which is always good.

i dont knwo how to do clips wish i could but.. there is a miss in the exhaust sound slike a back fire or something hmm and i want to beat cars with raw power so ill get a shifter and rear end gears next

You have to get a short shifter, it makes driving so much more fun.
