First make sure you have an eletrical fan that saves a few HP
MSD Coil 39.99
MSD 6A 169.99
Dynomax Cat back 169.99
Catco High Flow Converter 59.99
B&M Shift Kit 39.99
2800RPM Stall (look into stock s-10 convters they usually work)
4.10 Rear Gears
Port and polish the upper and lower plenum
235 60 R15 tires are also your best bet...sorry no headers

I hope you can use this stuff and have fun with it.
get some fat plug wires and bosch +4's also that will go good with the rest of the ignition if you get anything for it

the +4's don't add any power, neither do fat wires (the stock wires perform the same as so called high performance ones)

You don't think they would benefit with the MSD stuff? His car may need a tuneup anyway.

the msd is a maybe, the plugs and wires are a waste on a modern engine (the +4's block flame and do exactly what racers work hard at doing)
