i really need some one to take a picture of witch wire to cut when converting the tail lights on a 93 camaro to 97 and up tail lights. everyone says the light blue one i did that and the amber lights still come on when i hit the break im stumped?

humm.. strange.. but cant you just cut the other wire to the bulb?

thats what im saying...take the back light off and cut the pig tail wiring where that bulb is attached to...

Do you have any schematics? shbox.com I believe has them. Also my haynes manual does too. I would use a multimeter and see what you are getting for power across the wires. Will look into it.

1995 and older...

Left Tail light = brown / black
Left rear tail/stop/turnlights Yellow/brown
Right rear tail /stop/turn lights Brown / dark green

Basically all power constantly on is brown, all black is ground

As for the 97 I have to do some research.

Apparently this schematic is different for the 95 than my Haynes http://shbox.com/1/exterior_lights.htm

This one tell you about the light blue (1995)
