well this is what happens when you have a high performance engine with high compression ratio and high rpm capability....well the result is a blown opti. the rotor like completely shattered....oh well time for an msd opti

thanx, yeah i havent changed the opti or cap and rotor since i had it so i knew it was probably gonna need a change sometime soon well i guess with more power comes more mods anyways cant wait to get my msd opti gonna be sweet

Some of us still enjoy the slightly more simple LT1..most of the parts are still SBC which makes aftermarket high end motor parts a little easier to get and sell...

i dont know i kinda like the opti because it is hidden out of the way i wouldnt want to mount all the coils and cover up my new valve covers

yeah ill stick with my lt1...ls1's are cool but for some reason i like the lt1 camaro's better but thats my opinion now the trans ams thats another story

and yeah thats what i always do if i need something new instead of going oem i figure why not upgrade
