I need a new engine!
 

I need a new engine before this summer. I'm gunna be going away to college and I am bringing my car along. I was thinking an LT1 or LS1. Anyone know how much they usually go for installed. If you know anyone in the South Florida area, that is looking to sell 1 let me know. My car has 104k miles...I was gunna sell my car for a Mustang, because surprisingly, I have nevr liked chevy, but my camaro grew on me. My dad has always been a ford guy and has never had any Chevy or Gm car ever. My dad and I actually built a 1965 427 Shelby Cobra roadster replicar from factory5 racing and we still have it. We went looking for a mustang and came back with a camaro...too good of a price. Now i love my camaro and will not be selling it...I've gone too far with my mods and put way too much money in it to turn around and sell it for nothing. So if you know anything about doing it just Reply!!! thankssssssssssssssss!!!

I think its more of a really strong want for a new engine than an actual need.

well i guess it is more like a want, i want the power...my mom always said it was too much car for me...she said i couldn't handle the power of a V8...haha i just though of that...anyone seen the movie Starsky and Hutch? I just figured also that it would be better to get an engine with around 50,000 miles on it so that I wouldnt have to hastle with anything since im gunna be traveling either 7 hours to Florida State University or 3 hours to University of Central Florida...and driving back and forth for holidays or whatever.
