Installing Alternator

My alternator is going out so I ordered a new one from afterthoughts auto today.. I am going to install it myself but I was wondering since the stock one is 105 and my new one is 150 will I need to reset the computer or anything along those lines for it to be right? Or will it just bolt up and be fine..

Also my friend was saying something about sensors that may get damaged or something.. Is this true?

No modification is needed. The 150 will work fine, and no, it wont hurt any sensors.

So just unbolt old and bolt up the new? That easy?

Yep, the new alternator produces the same voltage, just more amps (i.e. theres more voltage to go around) so you can run more stuff, stereo, and whatever else 12v you can think of.
