Just curious - Performance chip

Hi guys, i was wondering if this kind of chip really works, i found it on ebay but i think i read sometime it's not good. Any good or bad comment???

it works in teh same way as adding water to your gas gives more power (aka the guys selling those are 100% thieves and crooks, and those things do nothing you can actually remove your iac and not have a real performance difference as it only changes timing a couple degrees total)
