Looking for help

Well I am new to the site and I am already looking for help.

I have a 1994 Z28 M6 that has been in the process of rebuild for about 2 years now. I finally got it on the road about 6 months ago and had a upper rear intake gasket leak, and my throttle reponse sucked to say the least. I decided that I would save my money and purchase a Edelbrock LT4 airgap intake, and a BBK 58 mm throttle body. I have had them installed for about a month and half now and I can not get the car to run. I have not had a lot of time to work on it because I go to school full time, and work 45 hours a week but I am getting out of school for the semester and want to be able to drive it in the next couple of days.

Here is a list of everything that is done to the car:

Stock block and bore
Mahle four valve relief pistons
plasma moly rings from victor reinz
clevite bearing on the bottom as well as cam bearing
Melling High volume oil pump
LT4 hot cam
1.6 Rockers
.600 manley beehive springs
stock ported and polished LT1 aluminum heads
Edelbrock LT4 airgap intake manifold
BBK 58 MM throttle body
Trickflow satin elbow
New opti from GM
New 8 mm plugs
New spark plugs
BBK shorty headers
BBK 3 inch y pipe
Magnaflow cat and cat back exhaust dumped into 4 inch tips
Stock Injectors
New EGR
New MAP
New TPS
New IAC
Custom tuned computer by PCM4less
Granatelli MAF sensor
EBAT CAI
SLP fan switch

Here is a list of the things that I have tried to do to fix the problem

checked voltage on TPS sensor/ good
check voltage on IAC motor/ good
replaced MAF sensor with two stock ones and granatelli/ good
replaced wiring harness from MAF all the way to the PCM

The car ran after I put the intake and the first throttle body on it but then the throttle body siezed up. (Cheap summit crap) replaced the throttle body and now the only way that I can get it to run is by unplugging the MAF sensor hence why I replace the sensor and the wiring. I am totally stumped as to what it could be i have great fuel pressure, and the leak down test showed nothing. The only thing that it is throwing codes for is the air pump which I deleted, and the MAF not being plugged in and sending the PCM into open loop.:banghead::banghead::banghead:

If anyone has any suggestions at all they would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Have you gauged your vacuum pressure? Hooking up to the intake manifold?

Since you have a tune from Bryan at PCMforless, give him a call. He might be able to give you a couple pointers on where to start.

Did you match the heads on your car to the LT4 intake manifold? The LT4 and LT1 heads are different. That is not causing your no run situation, but it does need to be taken care of.
