looking for some advice

I am looking for some advice from the guys that have been where i am, i have an 1986 Z28 with a 355 not too sure of all the internal parts or horse power, however i can tell you it has a weiand Team G intake, holly 650 Double pumper, Forged 4340 steel I-beam rods forged 4340 scat steel crank, 0.030 over 3.480 in stroke, all i can remember about the cam is it is a Comp Cam, specs to follow if i can find the card, what i am looking for is the next step i should take to get all i can from this 355, I'm thinking NOS also would an ignition box help at all with this application? i was thinking the MSD 6AL? any other suggestions would be GREATLEY APPRECIATED.

Looks like u got the heart right .I assume you have gone to K & N air cleaner & rejetted carb also an other thing go to a set of headers and mandrel bent dual exhaust system maybe 2 1/2 & my personal favorite - dyno max mufflers .Very quiet at idle but sound really good when u put the foot into it . i run a 78 Z 28 with buick 455 and when i switched 2 better exhaust i could feel the difference . What is holding me back is exhaust ,ican take in all the air i want but if u can't get rid of it ( headers & low back pressure pipes 7 mufflers) ure going to lose horse power gains from nitris. any way have fun later bake

Thanks for the help. Chris

What tire, gear, trans do you have?
Rear suspension work?
You can shave off quite a bit of time with suspension and chassis work alone.

What would you recommend for suspension work?
