LT1 Problems

This is a problem I've been having for awhile, so I'm just gonna go ahead and try to give as much details to see if anybody else has any ideas wtf is wrong with my car.

I have a 94' Camaro with a 96 Corvette LT1 due to an engine swap that involved bad piston rings.

I also have....
Moroso Cold Air Intake
Edelbrock Shorty Headers
3" Single Flowmaster Exhaust
Under-drive Pully
460LE Trans
Stock Computer
and I also use 93 Octane

In May of 06 I had my motor swap done, and it was fine besides the minor fixes. Since then, I have gotten a new EGR, and a new Optispark (Finally after Napa gave the shop 3 bad ones and the shop got one from the dealer at Napas expense so I was not charged for it)

My car, has since been going through spark plugs at about ever 3,000-9,000 miles, I've changed the plugs about 4 times since last May. Yesterday on my way home from work, my car started running like ****, when stopped at a light, my car has a rough idle that fluxuates between 700-1100. Going up a hill I had major vibration, I stopped my car in drive and it felt like I had a misfire, now I'm pissed cause obviously everybody knows how much of a pain in the *** plugs/wires are on an LT1. I turned my car on last night in the dark, and it looked like the porcelin showing on the plugs after the boots are on were glowing, more like bluish flashes. I also noticed after driving it that it feels like I have a dead cylinder.

My car, runs rich, has a more gasoline smell to the exhaust, a stock 69 Super Sport Camaro with no cat smells better. I pull the plugs, and they are always covered with carbon when they are not/firing, and or they are completely worn out.

If anybody has any ideas on what this is, and ways to test to see if thats the problem, please let me know.

Origional o2's?
Does it throw any codes?
You should have a compression and a leak down test done to rule out any engine related problems (and for good piece of mind if everything is o.k).

The sad thing right now is, is that I'm downstairs on my brothers computer (WINDOWS9555555555555555555), compared to my Windows Xp laptop upstairs, this computer is not allowing me to paste the head bashing brick dude, because I did not even think about that at all which I currently punched myself in the face for because I did not think about that, nor did any of the mechanics that I have asked.

Thank you, because its been throwing like a ghost code since last summer, happens at all of the weird places where I can't throw a scanner on it and when I turn it off, its gone. Got it to a shop once, after I told them not to turn it off to scan it, they went ahead and did it anyway.

Thanks I'll look into that, anyway to check besides the code?
