Magnaflow Muffler Measurments???

im looking to buy a magnaflow muffler (stainless), and i was wondering if somebody could tell me the appropriate in/out measurments that i should get for my 94 3.4L v6 there is a 2.5/2.25 (overall 24") and there is a 2.5/2.5 (overall 26") which one should i get ? thanks for the help!

2.5" in and out. i'd recommend a dual outlet muffler, looks much better. but with magnaflows you'd need more piping since they dont make crossflow mufflers.

thanks, on the magnaflow website they have a specific camaro/firebird muffler which would appear to be a crossflow muffler, here it is http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=main&id=350 it is under the 5 x 8 oval title (there are two for camaro/firebirds) when i looked up the full system the picture seems to show the muffler with the 2.5/2.5" with overall length of 26" http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...merican&id=267
so should i go for a 14277 muffler? ( right now all i can afford is the muffler), thanks for all the help guys much appreciated

thats the right thing but the outlets are on the same side, so you'd need the piping to make one outlet exit on the other side.
