My 94' Camaro is overheating!
When I start him up, its no smoke at all. But when I turn the car off it starts smoking from the engine a little bit. Whats wrong?
Here a pic of the oil temp while I'm driving. http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/1382/gaugesko4.png http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/1...7d44080e1e.jpg Here's my engine, it has been rebuilt http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/220/engineli6.png http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/2...b4255ba6a1.jpg |
Well, first off, that gauge is the oil pressure, not the oil temp. And that is way too high for the oil pressure.
|
Ok......so how do I bring that down to normal? Also my gauges read "LOW OIL", could this be the problem?

check your oil.
|
Yea thats step one, check your oil. If its low add oil or better yet change your filter/oil. Drive it and then check to see if it still occurs.

seafoam it and change it.
