Need advice on clutch and aluminum flywheels

Are aluminum flywheels worth the upgrade and the money? I am replacing the tranny in my car, and while I have it out I am going to upgrade the flywheel and the clutch. Which company would be the best choice for each product?
Clutch: Centerforce, Ram, Spec, Zoom, or other???
Flywheel: Fidanza, Spec, Ram, Hays, or other???

Thanks ahead of time for any input.

lenny (red9450) uses a centerforce dual friction in his stang and he loves it, he said its nearly impossible to burn out, even starting out in 5th gear from a dead stop lol, when i replace my clutch i'm doin centerforce

I would say stay away from SLP for sure...I put in their clutch and it sucked..they claimed it would support 400hp, the other car was basically stock and it slipped comin off the line at the track on street tires..

I would say either the dual centerforce or a spec stage III. There used to be a guy on here that was runnin the spec and he loved it. When mine goes I will prolly go with the spec V just so I don't have anything to worry about...

I read alot of good reports regarding Ram clutches over on LS1tech.com. Any comments on that company?
