Need help!

Okay, so today I was cleaning my engine bay with simple green, and some engine degreaser.. I didnt disconnect anything (That I know of) all I did was clean, and wipe, and when I go to start my car now, its idling at like 2200 rpms.. After I drive, it idles at almost 3000 before I shut it off.

I have no idea wtf happend... I dont know what I could have done from cleaning to change anything. Can you guys help me out and tell me what could have possibly happened to do this?? TIA!
