u will need some
-3/8 hose 2-3 ft. to be safe
-some hose clamps, atleast 2, 3 to be safe
-a 3/8 hose conector (to connect to of the same hoses together)
-some caps to cap of the throttle body outlets were the old hoses conected, to be safe......
-just basic tools

thats about all, maybe a little bit of antfreeze!!!! HOPE THAT HELPS

u really dont need ne hose well on mine i just took the hoses n connected em together withthe 3/8 hose connectore and used the stock clamps and put to caps on the ends total cost was like 30cents

archemedes 11-30-2004 07:02 PM

don't reuse the factory clamps even the dealership won't use those things again, heck new clamps are 50 cents each

good deal that would be a beeter way to do it, ha, instead of re running ur hoses, but i re ran my hoses since i was messig with it, i decide why not go ahead and change em out. But like z2801ss said u just need a new hose connector, and archemedes a few hose clamps, u would be best doin that!!!!

but those clamps were marginal when the factory installed them (they are cheaper than any you can get at the parts store) at the dealership we were not allowed to reuse them since it was almost gauranteed the car would be back for a leak

ohh i didnt kno that man, thanks, But there fine right now...maybe i got luck never had problems + the cars away for winter.

I would buy the new clamps too- they are all of a buck for all of them.

You can get the rubber caps at autozone for around a couple bucks-

So thats TB bypass for under 5 bucks at most- not a bad deal!
